All Inclusive Wedding Package

With this All Inclusive Package , you will have all  the following.

We will guide you through the planning process of your Wedding as if you were planning it yourself, provide you with professional advice and keep you up to date on all happenings as they occur. You will be allocated your own personal wedding planner, at your point of enquiry and he/she will take you through the whole prosess. Your planner will be available to you at all times.

One of the most time consuming jobs for any bride are the Wedding invitations. Our service will (if you wish) write and post all your invitations for you.

Another experience brides can do without is the frustration of seating arrangements, so with a little help from you in name providing etc, together with the management of your reception venue we will take care of all that for you.

As well as working with you on your plans and budget we will be there for you on the day, from the Ceremony to the Reception venue to help you enjoy a memorable and care-free Wedding. We will stay untill the last supplier has arrived, which is normaly the band. We will not leave you until you are completely happy and ready to relax and enjoy your night.
"Honesty" is our motto, we will never lie to you. We never accept commission from the suppliers. Any discount is past on to the client and all financial information regarding your wedding is available whenever you wish to check it.

We will provide you with a list of the following vendors and assist you with any appointments that arise when using the service of that vendor.

• Transportation (including Airport transfers)
• Stationary
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Cake
• Flowers
• Church/service music
• Organization of the rehearsal ceremony
• Piper
• Suit hire
• Beauty salons
• Hair salons
• Marquees
• A meeting with the Bridal Party and families will be hosted by the wedding co-ordinator, at a time convenient for everyone, the week of the Wedding so that everyone is familiar with him/her and each of their duties.
• Wedding Day Service – Coordinating the timing of events from the beginning to the end.
• Access to your own personal assistant from early in the morning of the wedding day(up to 10 hours)

If there is any aspect of the planning not to your specification then that's no problem, we can go through the list and you tell us what it is that's required or not. From once you have chosen your date and our first meeting is over, we will check availability and negotiate the best deal we can for you.
